- Base Metals
- Concentrating of sulphide ores, as well as hydrometallurgical extraction and refining from silicate and oxide ores, form a core part of our business.
- Light Metals
- In addition to beneficiation of minerals for light metal production, Kemperit has extensive experience in alumina refining.
- Precious Metals and PGMs
- Whether associated with other minerals in polymetallic deposits, or in gold cyanidation plants, our reagents can improve precious metal recovery.

- Our novel filtration aids and organic binders improve efficiency in iron ore concentration and pelletising.

- Flotation remains an important process in the coal preparation. Our promoters will improve coal yield while reducing ash content.
Products
- Flotation Reagents
- Kempemin Reagents include a complete range of standard and proprietary formulations – collectors, frothers, depressants and activators – for base metal, coal and industrial minerals.
- Flocculants and Coagulants
- Wherever solid/liquid separation is required Kempesol flocculants and coagulants accelerate sedimentation and improve filtration, centrifugation and clarification.
- Dust Suppressants
- Kempelan DS reagents minimise dust generation on stockpiles, in rail wagons, tailings dams, roadways and conveyor systems.
- Defoamers and Antifoams
- Kempelan antifoams and defoamers are specifically designed depending on the parameters on the plant such as pH, temperature, solids concentration, water or liquor conditions, hydrocarbons or other organics.
- Dewatering Aids
- Kempelan DW reagents improve filtration reducing the cake moisture and thus reducing drying costs, optimising downstream processes or improving transportation costs and safety.
- Antiscalants
- In all plants there are occasions where scale builds up in process and technical waters. Kemperex antiscalants prevent scale formation and reduce the necessity for unwanted downtime for cleaning or repair.
- Dispersants
- Kemperex dispersants offer the possibility to fluidise and stabilise slurries of high solids concentration. This allows delivery of stable and high-quality dispersions to your customers with solids concentrations of up to 70%.
- Organic Binders
- Kempglo organic binders are used to replace or partially replace the mineral binders, especially for iron ore.
- Equipment
- Naturally Kemperit supplies equipment for the preparation and dosing of all the above reagents.
